The beautiful decor in our Deluxe Suite created a welcoming atmosphere, making it a perfect retreat after a long day of exploring.
Unfortunately, the noise from the study group above our room was quite disruptive, especially with chair scraping from morning till evening.

Incredible location, perfect for exploring the city.
The noise from the floor above our room was unbearable, with constant scraping of chairs from 8am until evening. To make matters worse, we experienced hot water issues during our entire stay, going without it for two full days. Despite the staff's apologies, they offered no solutions or compensation, which is unacceptable.

Fantastic location for exploring. Just a short walk to the Vatican and other major sights! Cozy little cafes around (Bar Amore for sure! ). Raffaella gave us the best tips for dining, what a gem!
Nothing at all.

I loved the peaceful vibe by the garden and the cozy reading nook that made my downtime special. the spa was a great touch for unwinding after a day of exploring. The only slight issue was the Wi-Fi being a bit spotty at times, but it didn't put a damper on my enjoyable stay. 😊

The Deluxe Suite provides ample space, beautifully decorated, with a view overlooking a charming little square. Within a 10-minute walk, you reach iconic spots like the Pantheon and St Peter's Basilica, making everything quite accessible.
Noise from the floor above, likely from a study group, could be bothersome, with sounds of scraping chairs audible throughout the day. the inconsistency with hot water during the stay left a bit to be desired, as it was out for two days without alternative solutions provided.

The room offered a peaceful retreat decorated beautifully, with a lovely view of a quaint square. Short walks to the Vatican and other iconic landmarks made sightseeing super convenient. Raffaella's dining recommendations were spot on, with Bar Amore serving the best quick coffee and pastry nearby. noise from the floor above disrupted tranquility, especially with scraping chairs during the day. Unfortunately, hot water issues arose, leaving us without it for two days of our three-night stay. Though the staff were really apologetic, no alternatives for showers or compensation were offered.
